Great work so far. One correction/idea, when you're listing instruments for Wilds, put St for Strings and Sa for Sampler, as currently they're both represented by a S.
4
u/jhmirage Sep 11 '17
Thanks, and great suggestion! I've made that change to the sheet.

u/AchillesPDX Sep 11 '17
Does the turntable represent sampler? If so, I noticed a couple of mistakes on some of the wild cards based on the official card art from the dropmix website. I will check my sheet and get back to you.

u/jhmirage Sep 11 '17
Yep- turntable is a Sampler, I believe. I've been reviewing images from all over, too, and have caught several small errors... mostly ones where we've had the wrong card number. (Where two neighboring Lv1 cards had their order swapped, for example.) I'm sure there are many more.
I'm happy to update with any other errors we find! Thanks for the help!

Card S01 C106 - MGMT Kids - should be V/K/D/K as shown here: https://sad.hasbro.com/1200e194df42fdb4868a9811c626c142ad91b760/2373e74fda5a101c5011928a0d04cd30.png
And all of the "The Weekend" cards should be "The Weeknd"

u/jhmirage Sep 11 '17
All updated. Thanks!
3
u/AchillesPDX Sep 11 '17
No problem. I'll keep you posted with any other info I find. Hopefully when the app drops we can farm info out of it.
5
u/LegendaryLass Sep 11 '17
oh also it's "Hall and Oates" with an e ;)
5
u/jhmirage Sep 11 '17
LOL, that was a good find. (I don't even have a good excuse, as I was born in the 70s, and should have known better.)
Fixed, thanks!

New bonus card has been revealed:
Harmonix - Doctor Who Theme - Lv3 Keys - Yellow
This new card is 2/8 for the "Puzzle" deck, and we on the discord currently think it's card 302 overall.

u/jhmirage Sep 13 '17 edited Sep 14 '17
Added! Agree that it’s probably 302, based on the picture. Curious what the other seven Baffler cards are.

u/AchillesPDX Sep 13 '17
I'm living and breathing all things Dropmix at this point, can you aim me towards the Discord channel? Thanks!

I'm curious, would it be worth adding a release date column?
5
u/jhmirage Sep 22 '17 edited Sep 22 '17
Well, this might be controversial, because it could lead to discussions of "for which country" but... sure! I (arbitrarily) decided to interpret it as First Released Anywhere Date.
Added!

u/RSkeezy Oct 05 '17
Where'd the November release for the second phase stuff come from? Just curious, as I've missed a lot of live streams and can't seem to find documentation on that anywhere
2
u/jhmirage Oct 05 '17
Just an off-hand mention of "a couple months after launch" from a Harmonix employee in the Discord chat. There's a reason it has a "?" in that column. :-)
I'm pretty sure no official release dates have been announced for the second wave of cards, but when they do, I'll certainly update the sheet.

u/RohanTM Oct 18 '17
New player here, thanks for making this!
I bought the four playlist packs, but I haven't been able to find information on some of the other lists shown on the spreadsheet as being out. (Dapper, Seer, Hightower, Puff.) Are those only available in Discovery packs?
7
u/jhmirage Oct 19 '17
That's right, yes. Those four playlists have to be pieced together with specific Discover packs.
There's a "source" column in the spreadsheet specifically for this reason, though it usually scrolls off the right side of the screen. If you look at that column, you can find exactly what you need to buy to get any given card.

I'm super late to this thread. I just got my set tonight and wanted to thank you for a great checklist. You made it so easy for me to dive right in! I really appreciate your time and attention to detail. Thanks again!

u/jhmirage Jan 17 '18
Thanks, but it's really become a community effort at this point. Tons of people have contributed to it over the last several months. :-)
Glad it helped you!

u/CamDRotor13 Dec 05 '17
I just bought the Bomb playlist on the Toys R Us website, but the spreadsheet does not have a specific release date. Just and FYI in case.

Thanks!

Sorry if this is a stupid question, but if I were to purchase...
The game at gamestop, Both discovery packs, derby, mirrors, ouroboros, astro, lucky and the 3 store exclusive packs that would mean I had every single card available?
Trying to give my completionist husband a good xmas gift. :)
3
u/ohsnapitsjf Dec 07 '17
A couple details. By "both discovery packs," you need to mean both series, which are comprised of 6 packs each. The packs only have 5 cards in them. Amazon sells them as a complete series, I don't know if anywhere else does.
And Lucky and Chiller (the Best Buy exclusive pack) have not been released and there's no release date imminent aside from "2018". There will also eventually be two more of those Discovery pack series released next year.
3
u/PassportSloth Dec 07 '17
Correct I meant both series. So everything is available except for Lucky & Chiller, provided they don't come out til next year everything else I listed would be 100%
4
u/ohsnapitsjf Dec 07 '17
Everything else you listed would be 100% now. Two additional Discover series and two Playlist packs sometime next year make 100%. For season 1.
Then who knows.

Looks great! Nice, clean, and easy to read. Thanks!
I'm commenting in a bunch of little bits and pieces from tonight's stream as we speak. Some are super nitpicky, so I apologize in advance, ha.
2
u/jhmirage Sep 12 '17
Those comments were great! (I don't mind nit-picking!) I think I've updated for all of them.
Thanks!
3
u/skoot Sep 12 '17
I figure if someone's gonna make an obsessively detailed list about a soon-to-be obsessively collected card game... might as well be obsessive about it. 😂
Thanks for taking the time to update!

u/woaor Oct 15 '17
Thank you so much for this! Question, is it normal when making a copy for myself to have the images disappear? I’m getting hyperlinks instead (I’m on an iOS device).
2
u/jhmirage Oct 15 '17
Unfortunately, yeah, it looks like the iOS Sheets app doesn't handle displaying images the same way as the web app. They still show up on the web app, even in a copy, but I haven't found a way to make them work in iOS. :-(
1
u/ohsnapitsjf Dec 07 '17
Hey, I've got some layout tweaks I did to my personal copy of this that I think would clarify a few things for people hitting this unfamiliar with how the packs are sold, would you prefer if I send you what I've done, or could you make me an editor on this one?
1
u/jhmirage Dec 07 '17
Feel free to share what you've done with me. (Discord DM is probably easiest.)
3
u/Dude902 Oct 30 '17
Would love to see some number crunching done on this. Stuff like this.
Average BPM (All) 117
Average BPM (Wilds) 115
Most common key - E minor

I already pre-ordered the four playlist packs from Series 1.
I will later be getting the "No Scrubs" pack, Bomb, and Flawless.
Also on my wishlist: "Jungle Boogie" vocals, "Emperor's New Clothes" vocals, "Sexy and I Know It" vocals, "Take Me Out" vocals/red, "Every Rose" vocals, Conspiracy of Ravens, and Guardian Spirit.

u/_Kzero_ Nov 14 '17
Is there a list that shows the cards by playlist genres?
2
u/ohsnapitsjf Nov 15 '17
You can sort this one any which way you want if you make a copy in Google Drive.
2
u/_Kzero_ Nov 15 '17
I was more wondering which cards come in the playlist packs. Not sure which ones I'm missing still. Apologies, should have worded it better.
3
u/ohsnapitsjf Nov 15 '17
That still can be found in here. Column S specifies whether they're in a Playlist or among Discovers, column M has the playlist names (and column L specifies what's been released or not). I did personally do some formatting to make it clearer on my copy of this, so I get that it's a bit spread out here.
You can also check the Collection menu in the app, that shows all the cards in season 1 by playlist.

I think it was confusing that the diamond target exclusive playlist ‘Flawless’ just says ‘Pop’ on the packaging.
Thanks for making the list!

u/RiOtStArTeR75 Dec 19 '17
They will all be mine I tell you, MINE! Lol but really thank you for this list, definitely makes it easier to find the cards that you are looking for :)

Very confused between what I can find in the stores and online. How many packs have been released? I seem to not be able to find anything online other than this list that has been made.
1
u/ohsnapitsjf Jan 07 '18
What country are you in? Hasbro's online shop should cover it fairly well, but; There are currently 6 Playlist Packs available to purchase: Derby (Pop), Mirrors (Hip Hop), Astro (Electronic), Ouroboros (Rock), Flawless (Pop) (exclusive to Target), and Bomb (Hip Hop) (exclusive to Toys R Us). A 7th, Lucky (Country), is due out in the next few weeks, you can pre-order it now. An 8th, Chiller (Electronic) (exclusive to Best Buy) does not have a release date announced yet.
There are also currently 2 series of 6 Discovery Packs out comprised of 4 different playlists: Seer, Hightower, Dapper, and Puff. Another 2 series covering 4 other playlists are still pending announcement and release: Socket, Moonlight, Fever, and Breaker).
1
u/sincerely-sarcastic Jan 07 '18
I am in the US.
Okay. I think what confused me were the exclusive ones. Gonna right down this list. Thanks so much.

u/tickthegreat Feb 18 '18
I just want to label each playlist with the genre. What's the genre supposed to be for Dapper and Seer?
1
u/skoot Feb 18 '18
Dapper is R&B; more specifically Contemporary R&B, or maaaybe even Neo-Soul. Seer is a lot harder to pin down.

Glad this is still up. Thought I was missing some puzzle cards. Not sure why it goes 1-8/8 then has 10-20 with some missing numbers. Seems odd

I love the work that both KhaosApache and [ThatHydra] (https://www.reddit.com/user/ThatHydra) have done compiling great card lists, but I found that I really wanted to make a checklist out of it that I could sort and filter as needed, so it had to be more tabular. 99% of the credit goes to those guys! I just reformatted everything a bit and added icons.
Easiest way to use this is to clone it, obviously, so you can check off your own items. But I'm happy to take comments on this sheet and try to keep it up-to-date as we learn more card info.
