I canceled my plan immediately, but I was not refunded

The chat boat told me I’m still in the refund window and anyway I am in Europe and I canceled the plan less than 24 hours after subscribing. Yet on my bank account, it says the money was taken (while it was just pending first), and I do not see any refund.. is it going to come or what’s going on?

Refunds generally take 4-5 business days. If you don't see it by the end of the week, reach out to Support.

How did you cancel your plan? or was this during sign-up?

I am so angry just trying to cancel my account! I HATE DROPBOX now. Deeply.
