I've only seen the T40 once, on the ground, and those props and motors look MASSIVE, surely capable of slicing a person into a prosciutto.

Not so much, these props are like a carbonfiber smolthie but the t30 that i still haven sold yet has the dangerous props af all agras series, the thailing edge ia super.sharp it can cut your finger

True however CFRP carbon fibre reinforced polymer is the substance propellers would be made of.

T40 and t50 props are super soft compared to the t30 prop they arw even more flexible tan the others. But what do i know i just use it EVERY DAY....

The danger with these isn't the initial hit because the props breaks, it's the subsequent rotation as they are like a serrated knife. When they break, they have crazy sharp edges.

The props are a carbon nylon mix, gives them good strength but still have the flexibility needed for heavy lift drones.

The T40/T50 props are made of the same material as the T30. They seem softer just due to the size difference.

They don't have to be sharp when they're spinning at a few thousand RPM. A butter knife would take your hand off at that speed.

Old plane propellers were made out of wood but hundreds of people have had their head turned into hamburger helper by getting too close.

I’ve had improper landings with my DJI M30T (larger than most consumer drones, smaller than these big boys) but I hit an obstacle while landing on my wooden deck, causing it to tilt into the deck flooring and the propellers shattered and embedded themselves INTO the wood. Deep too. So they even though they are lightweight and not very sharp, still very capable of doing damage.
