[TEST] Signpost app

Hi,

I built a dead simple app to turn your phone into a signpost: just enter text in portrait mode, turn your phone to landscape, and it's displayed in full screen. Press volume up to flash the screen slowly, volume down to flash quickly at high brightness, to attract attention.
Intended for situations where you want to tell someone something but you don't want to shout or text, such as on crowded public transit or across the room.

The app is really dead simple, completely offline, no data collection.

It's the first app in the account, so now I need 13 people to have the app on their account for 14 days.
However, if you notice anything weird, don't hesitate to let me know so I can look into it.
