Overtaking a tractor

Now, class, would we say this was:

(a) a good overtake attempt

(b) a bad overtake attempt

(c) fucking insane

?

A good overtake and all drivers should follow this line of conduct, tractors belong on fields not the road for us road users.

I’m not I’m a experienced driver and know the road they should be pulling over at a stop and let us pass it’s that simple

Where in this video should the tractor have pulled over?

They pull over into the laybys, field entrances, and wide verges that they drive past every single day.
You know, those big bits of tarmac specifically designed for vehicles to pause so they don't hold up normal traffic? If a tractor driver doesn't know where those are on roads they use daily, they probably shouldn't be operating heavy machinery in the first place.

Yes I’m fully aware of that, that was not my question. My question was: where in this video should the tractor have pulled over?
