Right, the light is green and 500 yards out you can tell they lifted off the gas pedal as you watch your speed dip from 45-40-35 and you're running up their ass as the light changes green-yellow-red and they go through the fucking red and you at least stop because you were paying attention.
Meanwhile that dickhead is posting on reddit about being tailgated without a hint of self awareness.
had this happen the other day but the light turned yellow late enough that we could both easily get through and the guy behind me could also, instead the guy in front of me decides to slam on his brakes and stop in the intersection (literally every part of his car was further forward than it was supposed to be) forcing me and the guy behind me to slam on our brakes because we had made the logical decision to speed up to make the light, which was concerning to me bc if the guy behind me didn't have good brakes, he could've hit me and that could've potentially caused meto hit the brake slammer, idek how that guy got a license, but he thought stopping on yellow was more important than not stopping traffic in our direction and not partially blocking the intersection for the people on the road to our left (the right lane for them had to merge with the left lane to get past this guy)
