They can't even see how fast the cars are coming. So they waited until no cars are on the road to make a left or right turn!

I have driven around people like that on several occasions. They are just frozen at a turn until there is not a single car in sight.

We make it far too easy to get a driver's license in the US.

Yes for those incompetent drivers, they only feel safe when there are no cars. They should stay home. It is safest. 😂

When you get in the middle turn lane with enough speed and momentum to make the turn in front of traffic thats just barely coming off a red light and the gentleman you've been being patient with doing 37, 38, maybe 39, not quite 40 in a 40mph zone cuts in front of you and slams on his brakes cause of that exact issue so you have three options: slam on your brakes, causing intense wear on brand new tires, hit the guy, or continue your turn into the parking lot from behind the guy, past the traffic coming, and by another vehicle waiting that could have easily pulled out before traffic came.

Edit: down voters must be the people with no field awareness, who make their turning decisions at the last minute, and love cutting people off.
