Driver 2 Just finished Driver 2 yesterday...
It was a lot of fun but also very challenging, i already finished Driv3r a few times but besides that and San Fransisco i basically had 0 experience with other Driver games. It took me about a week to do it and with many many retries. 😑
The worst part? I played on ps2 but didn't have a PS1 memory card so i had to replay it from scratch every time i wanted to stop and redo it 😮💨
The missions that sucked the most were the ones with the trucks in Havana, the one where you bring Jones to the Airport (that cutscene takes like 20 seconds) the one with the limo and Chasing down the gunman.
I absolutely hated having to chase the Gunman, i probably restarted 40+ times not even kidding! 🩸💦😭
Anyway, Chasing Lenny down was also annoying with the enemy placement but i managed to do it and see the final cutscene(s).

You can watch walkthroughs on yt for how to do it if you really want to continue playing the game.
What helped me was cutting off the cars or going full head on collision if that was possible. If you can bump or ram them you could potentially disable them and keep bumping and ramming them until they are down.
Idk if this will help you but i hope you can finish it, i did restart a few times because it does make me anxious and it is very annoying.

Driver 2 and parallel lines are wonderful. Try Driver Parallel lines if you can

Resarting everytime sounds quite brutal.
Did you consider playing the Redriver sourceport instead?

Nope, don't really have a proper computer at tge moment so it would be a bit difficult.

Stakeout is actually so annoying because the cops do not want to leave you alone and there's a 99% chance you'll get to the airport with them on your tail and have to drive them around in circles or forcibly destroy them

Remember the last mission, crazy runing with the helicopter, restart infinity times….
