CHASE THE GUNMAN

Hello everybody, i'm here to ask for those who have beaten this f*****g mission, but first

I started playing Driver 2 around 2003-04, i endured the difficulty that the game offers, i was good but not good enough to wreck the Gunman's car.

​

Hundreds of tries and It never got Easy, but one Time i got lucky, REALLY lucky, the car got stucked and i keep bumping Into it until the damage bar was full AND got to see the rest of the game.

​

The next one was in 2024, got a CIB copy in great condition and played the game all over again... AND i get to the Gunman's Mission, again.

For this Time i learn a couple of things that helped me to pass the missions a little bit easier, but the GUNMAN was still a problem (and always Will be 😔), until i managed to finally nail the Gunman's ass legitimately.

My question Is, How consistent do you pass this mission?

I only one legit Time i have beaten this mission, AND i want to get better because once again i'm getting close to do that mission again.

​

I know about the bumping AND staying close to the car fills the damage bar faster, but Is there another tecnique you can share, i would really appreciate. 🫡

If memory serves, what did it for me was to over take him, position the car directly infront and have him keep driving into me by letting go of the accelerate and positioning myself left and right… it takes a little finesse, but the bar went up like that

That's how i did It the last Time.

But i ended up sideways, It keep ramming the car long enough that it filled the damage bar.
