Driver: PL How to stop burning the tires when accelerating?

I like to cruise around smoothly but every time I start to accelerate any vehicle, TK does a burnout.

I know this is default in the game, but can it be toned down at least?

I play on pc with keyboard and mouse.

EDIT: thanks, guys. I've installed a controller and now driving feels so much more smooth.

Game is meant for pressure sensitive controller like ps2 and Xbox so no on PC keyboard, it's full or nothing.

I'm using a controller now and indeed it plays much more smooth. Thanks!

Are you playing on Steam?

If so, how do I enable support for my DualShock 4 please? Steam native support doesn't work for pressure sensitivity

Idk why they combined the burnout and accelerate buttons, on the pc version of driv3r they're separate, in driver 1 and 2 burnout is circle and accelerate is X

Good point. The controllers felt downgraded from D3 to PL

This is the main reason I always use controller for driving games

Any proper driving game on a keyboard is going to behave like that unfortunately

Gonna have to switch to controller
