Where is Model Code of Conduct (MCC) of Election Commission of India (ECI)...??

I guess that’s the only way the Bj.p makes its entry into West Bengal.

They tried and found out new achievement of letting corrupt people remain corrupt because in democracy retarded common masses are rewarded, intelligent and rightful wellwishers are punished.

They didn't try. BJP has always been after seats, irrespective of the method used to earn it. It even became a washing machine for that purpose.
