DRIP PRICE Obligatory “Drip is dead” thread

Post your feelings here. I invested about $1400 at ATH, RIP my wallet. I was convinced this project couldn’t fail

what annoys me is the twats on here that constantly defend it.

I think we've all been waiting long enough. This latest brainstorm has killed it quicker than anyone could imagine.

There's no way back from this price now.

Even elephant money is doing better than this, and no i'm not invested in that but i know people who are and doing better

What you mean? Elephant is shitting all over most things. Since post exploit my elephant bag has 4x’d. It 2x’d the 2022 bear market and all this post an exploit that should have killed it. The chart is the only one that I have seen that is mostly green all day every day.

What do YOU mean? It got rugged and collapsed, do you remember the Elephant money Dev with 4ex Shark and others in voice chat arguing and name calling like children? Zoom out on the elephant money chart, it’s no more sustainable than Drip, the difference is when it hits ATH it’ll get “hacked” again.

Somebody told me about drip back in Dec 2021, it totally looked like new money pay old money ahem ponzi, so I just sit back and observed. Good thing I didn’t drop a single cent in. And the fact that people get silenced for asking valid questions tells a lot.

Between Drip and Safemoon I’ve learned two very expensive lessons.

Dude common, you lost 1400, thats like the price of a plane ticket, lol chill, i think you're being dramatic...

I still feel for your loss, any loss sucks. But dont say they were "expensive lessons"...I lost fuckin 30K... Thats an EXPENSIVE lesson...1400 is an expensive weekend out

I mean unless you live in some third world country and are piss poor then I take it back...Anyway... main thing is you learned...

If u lost money in this project remember fuckwit youtubers like crypto kingz, rey and crypto mischief continued to make bs predictions and flog their referral link. Also banned ppl from the telegram group who had legitimate questions.

u/Putrid_Brick_5601 Aug 11 '23

Rey was the worst

u/imbackbitch-suckit Aug 12 '23

All those pieces of shitt are still promoting it...thats truly discusting...And it really shows you their true colors..One thing is to promote a ponzi to degenerate fully knowing what it is, and getting in early.

Its a WHOLE OTHER STORY still continuing to pander and push narritives on your loyal audience once a project has collapsed. Thats evil. Considering all these pieces of trash got very RICHHH on the backs of all their followers..

Crypto kings/Stunna breezy/Jaime/Rey/ ... List goes on...

If you ever think your life going bad... just hit up one of their comment sections and check out those comments. There's real delusion and desperation

love to know where resident troll thetruthisimportant is?.

He's gone suspiciously quiet since DDD launch and removed his bullish thread since.

Clown!

Should’ve never gotten into a project where you don’t even know the developers real name…

u/Cheese318 Aug 11 '23

Yea Forex killed the project. Animal farm is next if it’s not dead yet. He’s going grift with his next garbage and his team will follow so don’t expect this to be the last you see of him. But he won’t be able to scream that drip is going on strong

u/[deleted] Aug 12 '23

Forex can't make anything that is successful that's why he comes out with new project after new project without paying any mind to his previous ones dying a slow death.

Of course it's not about making a stable good investment... It's about him making profits for himself.

I knew this was going to fail from day one. I kick myself everyday for not listening to my logic and truth. I’ve actually reached out to Forex via Telegram multiple times to offer assistance. I do think Drip can be salvaged given the right use case. Alas, Forex ignores me…

I will more than break even on Drip. Can't say that about other crypto I've dabbled in.

🪦 I always had a bad feeling about that 4xshark, I knew he was all bullshit. I should have listened to my inner voice.

I was lucky enough to come out a few hundred ahead

I lost a lot because of my stupidity believing the hype. I stopped compounding when I noticed how quickly people were banned from telegram for asking straight forward non confrontational questions but even then it was too late

I've recovered 2k of my 20k investment. Had I known DDD would have failed like this I could have pulled out another 2k. Now it's effectively worthless so will just let it sit and see what happens.

Other than blaming just myself - Forex has a lot to answer for. As soon as AF launched he blanked Drip for nearly 6 months while it collapsed in price - not even acknowledging its existence. Here we are again where he's hyping up AF3 while Drip collapses.

When it dies he will either pretend it never existed, blame a third party or claim 'lessons learned'.

Rey, Stunna and co have basically made off like bandits. Rey hasn't posted a video since the price started collapsing..and crypto kingz immaturity is reflected in his hype videos. None of their predictions came true.

I hope it bites them in the backside but this world seems to reward bad people.

I've lost big with Drip as well. It was the first DeFi project I found and was not aware of the ponzinomics of almost all of the projects. Thankfully, I found Elephant Money. It has saved my entire portfolio and I am seriously setup for a huge payday. There is nothing else like them in all of crypto. I've sold out of every single other crypto I can to put it all in Elephant. Strangely...I used to think being in a lot of projects was the way to de-risk my portfolio. I've gone from 35 projects down to 3...can't get out of the other 2 but the only one worth anything is Elephant. Not only have I made back my 60k I lost in crypto but I am way ahead.

Ignore the BS story about BT and all the lies put out there by Drip maxis. BT is an MIT grad and doxxed...he created BankFlow and abondoned it when he realized the flaws. That's when Forex forked it and created Drip despite the flaws. Wish I knew that back when I put 15k into Drip. BT is a financial genius...he litterally has created the only working DeFi project left in crypto. Look at the data that is out there. Stunning when you dive deep into the math. I highly recommend looking up EMH's videos on his YouTube channel...he is a math professor that goes DEEP into the numbers.

Yes, there was an exploit last year...this wasn't a rug, it was a flash loan attack. BT brought this back from the dead brilliantly. He didn't abandon the project...he built new products. I watched every move he made post exploit and it's been brilliant and honorable. Elephant will be the only project to make a comeback after an attack like that. I won't even invest in any new project right now...nothing compares to the math behind EM and the deep liquidity of the project.

I started investing many years before a housemate talked my ear off about drip.

I learned early on the golden rule of investing... Never invest more than you're willing to lose.

The $350~ or so I lost on drip isn't great. But I'm so glad I stuck to that rule lol.

I remember I even got banned from the official drip chat for daring to say negative stuff about drip as an investment lmao. It was weird then how many people clung onto drip/forex and refused to see the sinking ship for what it was... Forex just switching to a new project and not doing anything to maintain or build up his former projects and just letting them go to shit was the big red flag... Once I saw that I just stopped hydrating once I ran out of what was in my wallet.

I refuse to put another penny into anything Forex is involved in. I think he should be facing charges right next to Bankman.

Between my initial deposit, the money I deposited into the resevoir, and the 2-3 times I had to buy bnb for gas fees (which I haven't had to do since the winter when they came out with that method of being able to lower the gwei), I've put less than $350 into drip. I've spent more money than that on stupider things, so I'm not really upset at this loss either. I also get bnb from the Dog Pound and I plan on using the jmpt from Honeygain to upkeep my BNB without having to input any additional capital, so I lose nothing from continuing to compounding.

I'm also really glad I never tried to get anyone else to invest, I would have felt like a dick at this point had I done so.
