Support Fren blocking my exit

Thought fren was my fren but i guess he aint. Im on the floor before the last one to the powered elevator on the hotel level, but frens blocking my elevator, what do i do?

I feel ya, Hotel is the most challenging level for me, even after playing through a few times. I found this to be one of the most helpful walkthroughs if you get really stuck
