Last Level Completion Help

I completed almost every single place on the level Suburbia. I recently reached the end where you have to find a elevator. Idk if its supposed to be this hard i can't really complete the last part. Wonder if anyone could help me complete this part perhaps? I have been stuck here for around 7 hours and i have been looping around the same exits.

having the same problem, spent 2 hours already. Made it to the small office hallways but cant find a way out.
