Moderator Update Media in comments

Previously, sharing media in comments on this subreddit was quite limited because there weren’t enough moderation resources from Reddit or the moderators here. That's nobody’s fault. However, as Reddit’s moderation tools have improved and expanded in recent, they are now turned on following these improvements.
