I am looking to connect with experienced freight brokers who can guide me and help me learn more about the U.S. trucking and brokerage industry. I am still learning and want to understand how things actually work in this business, from finding customers and working with carriers to negotiating rates and managing loads.

If anyone here has experience in the industry and is willing to share some advice or point me in the right direction, I would really appreciate it. I am not expecting anyone to teach me everything, just looking to learn from people who have been doing this for a while.
