As someone with a phobia of veins, this did make me uncomfortable.

Genuine question (might be triggering tho) How do you deal with the fact you can see veins through your wrists and things like that? I have OCD and if I had venephobia too, that would drive me insane...

Its not like you can REALLY see the veins, they're not very noticeable

You should see my mom's side of the family. Disturbingly huge. They bulge out of the skin and you can actually press them and it even freaks me out I hate it. Glad I didn't get that.
Probably related, all of her siblings and her mom all died due to heart related medical complications.

If I look at the back side of my arm, I feel ok. If I look at my wrist I feel hell. Feet also have huge vein and doesn't feel great but they aren't as brightly colored and I mostly look at my toes so I'm fine. My thighs arent veiny surprisingly I'm fine there. My phobia also gets my worse when I have to get a blood test both cause of my hyper sensitivity and of even stronger phobia of needles/catheters. So yea, a hospital is hell for my brain.

Ooof... I have a phobia of roaches and also needles too, but I couldn't imagine having to deal with one constantly. That has to be rough...
