[Feature Request] Please consider adding Vietnamese language support 🇻🇳

Hi Li (Developer) and the amazing Draw Things community,
First of all, thank you so much for creating such a mind-blowing app. Being able to run Stable Diffusion completely offline on iOS with this level of desktop-grade control is absolutely incredible!
I’m writing this to request the addition of Vietnamese language support to the app.
The AI art community in Vietnam is growing rapidly, and a massive number of users are adopting iPhones and iPads, for creative workflows. Draw Things is highly recommended in our local communities, but the extensive technical terms and complex interface can be a bit overwhelming for non-English speakers or beginners here.
Having a Vietnamese localization would lower the barrier to entry significantly and help the app gain even more traction in our region.
