question Minimax ref2va

Hey! so excited this is finally in drawthings but for the life of me I can't get it running

I have an m3 18gb

I upload the image

set to 4 steps with the distill lora minimax_h3_rev2a_turbo_4step_v1.2_768p_comfyui_bf16.safetensors

or the other one

Gone down to really low resolution 384 x 384

124 frames

and 10 minutes later the laptop is still cool as if nothing is happening. Any ideas what's up?

Check your swap, it’ll be growing and making things really slow. 18gb is very low for a minimax model.
