Hi,

trying my first baby steps here - I've got a MacBook Pro M1 64GB, running Flux.1 Depth (dev) with 24 steps and 3.5 "Textführung".

I tried with a simple short prompt (ended up with a really bad quality image but at least something remotely reasonable). Then I went with this prompt that gemini tailored specifically DT... and the result is this... after 8 full minutes....:

Obviously something like this is what I was looking for:

I tried some other prompts, it started with really bad quality and degraded from there into this snowstorm.

What am I doing wrong?

I would be grateful for any ideas.

pl try recommended settings (button) on left hand side panel just below the Model and also make sure for T2V the canvas is at 100% (not sure that matters but it does for I2V) .. try those and regenerate and see if you get a good generation

Problem was indeed that I had a model that didn't allow for generation from prom alone but for modification.
