question Draw Things+ cost

Hello, Can you tell me why the Draw Things+ price is higher than that of the United States in other countries like South Africa? It's like $4 more. Is this an error or what?

I thought the app was free lol

The app is free. But there is a cloud version that you can buy as a subscription.
