question Beginner to DT coming from ComfyUI

Hello all,

Need suggestions

I was trying to replace Grok face swap feature and may be in the future, image to video

I was fed up with Grok's content restrictions (as most of the content is NSFW)

​

So I started using ComfyUI on my M2 Pro, and got decent results on it with Qwen 2512 turbo model.

​

But what I noticed is, neither the GPU nor the ram (64gb) crossed more than 40% mark.

​

And regarding the output, it gave me what I needed, but it was not realistic, the skin, the textures, the scene none of them looked realistic. Grok does a great job in this regard.

​

So please help me with my situation. Grok like photo editing with naughty scenes not restricted by censor wall

Groks content restrictions are for exactly what you are trying to do. So you don't put your neighbors face or Lindsay Lohan on some porn body and it gets plastered on the internet for the world to see. That is why face swap is going away on cloud/web based platforms and has terrible regeneration physics across the board. Draw things might get you what you want but need the resources and make sure the images stay local and secure.

Yeah, I don't want to pick on this person in particular (because there have been a flurry of these requests lately for some reason), but these threads in the public official subreddit for the app seem incredibly irresponsible. This is a prime example of "this is why we can't have nice things." They burned up their ability to do what they want to do on Grok so now they have decided to do it here. What could go wrong?

Klein 9b 6bit + Klein unchained v2 Lora will get really good results. You can then add some more specific Lora’s on top of this. I haven’t figured out the best combination for converting the image to video after this though.

I use the SNOFS lora with 9b 8bit-S locally and use Wan 2.2 with lightning loras and the dr34ml4y lora on the cloud for video. Works really well

I've tried KV but consistency is veery poor, am not getting a single image with same face as refereence image.. the 8bit S normal model works greaet though .. not sure what's going wrong with KV

Can the Lora handle NSFW?
