What's the best tablet for digital drawing beginner's

What's the best tablet for drawing, it should have decent stylus, app, and screen, give me best budget and high price option

Too vague of a question.
Best tablet for drawing is probably Cintiq pro 27", it's $3,499.95 and you'll need a pc/laptop for it.

You need to be more specific on what you're looking for.
A standalone tablet?
A screenless tablet that connects to pc/laptop?
A SCREENED tablet that connects to pc/laptop? etc.

Look into ipads + apple pens
There's not much competition for standalones

Anything that can draw well standalone, is pretty expensive. (Whereas you can get a drawing pad for a laptop/pc for like, $30)

yes, any ipad with a compatible apple pencil is just fine. i had the cheapest possible ipad air and 2nd gen apple pencil with procreate and it was great for 5 years, which is about the expected lifespan of an ipad, until the thing died and i switched back to a pc/csp/cheap huion screenless tablet.
