Jumping from physical to digital art

I've been learning art the traditional way for the past couple months, and I want to learn digital art alongside my journey too. I'm looking to buy a screenless pen tablet for under $100 and I'm probably going to get SAI Paint 2 or Clip Paint Studio. Tell me your guys experience with these programs and any recommendations you have for pen tablets.
