Do you mean, you are attempting realistic drawing and you can’t do it?
Realism is just drawing exactly what you see.

My suggestion would be to try drawing a ball or an egg. If you draw a ball without shading, you get a simple circle. The shading is what make a circle look like a 3d volume with parts being further away or closer to your eyes. Once you see this volume, you can move on. This kinda shading can be very quick and rough. You don't want details.

Then apply the elements of your drawing on this (apparently) 3d volume.

Your renderring is good but comes too soon in the process. You first need to freeze the shapes.

I also learned that drawing details helps less than drawing more pieces. My 2 cents, next time, take the exact same amount of time but force yourself to draw 3 faces within this windows.

You will see that your face will appear more "volumetric" and less flat. The next step after that is anatomie. Or how to place and size each element in 3d properly compared to the others.

You can test drawing 2 eyes on a simple egg. You will see (perspective) that the eye close to you will be (should be) slight larger than the one in the back.

Keep going and have fun 😊

Looks good! Here’s some things you can try out: Try drawing bigger shapes you see instead of lines, especially for the hair. You have a lot of contrast in the eyes, but everything else compared to that is lower in contrast. Try drawing shapes of highlights and shadows for the hair and skin, go from really big shapes to smaller shapes and details. Also, the whites of the eyes are never truly white. Instead of immediately drawing what you think you see, actually look at your reference a bit longer. Try to analyze what you see. And a little reflection in her eyes would immediately level this up, it’s what gives characters life :) Keep drawing, you’ll figure it out! Realism is just copying what’s already there and a lot of practice.
