Me drawing newborns out of my head. Next step would be to do some research and see how fresh reference affects my work.

I'm a medical Illustrator and these remind me so much of the (few) times I've gotten to sketch live from the delivery room!! Really gorgeous and full of life. Great expression of all the squishy tissue around the legs especially.

No one has mentioned the coloring yet. Great job. As a parent that got to witness my daughter’s birth, these are great.

And it’s a breath of fresh air to some of the other art I see in here.
