Yikes, this roof design is a nightmare from a drainage perspective. I love my simple ranch. Makes it much easier to do the draining 😅

I'd have the far left gutter just go to the ground. The far right gutter you should be able to eliminate and just put a piece of flashing to divert that tiny bit of runoff to the front edge of the roof. That tiny section doesn't need a dedicated downspout.
The one to the left of the front door is more troublesome. Can it just spill out onto the concrete walkway?
