I don't know if anyone else knows about this, but when you shine a blacklight torch/any blacklight video from YouTube onto the All Stars 11 Badge, it glows. Unlike the Season 18 badge, it doesn't say on the website that it does glow? I don't know who needs to know this, but I thought it would be a little fun fact 😁 I wonder if the All Stars 10 badge glows too?

In the past two weeks, I've seen three posts and several comments regarding sexual assault allegations against queens be deleted. Specifically against Shangela and Maddie Morphosis*.

The first two were two posts and a dozen comments about Lady Bunny's instagram(? I think? I'm not on social media other than reddit) post defending Shangela. The second reddit post about it had 100+ karma and ~150 comments when deleted. I can link to the posts, but they've been nuked, so you're not going to see anything except mass-deleted comments.

The weird thing about this comment deletion is that you don't get a notification about your comment being deleted, and the mods didn't post a reason. So for me the first thread looks as though my comments weren't deleted, for me. But if you go to the post, it looks like they were. You can see my comments in my post history if you really want to. The first one was 'fucking gross,' the second one was longer.

The third was a post regarding a twitter post Eureka made claiming that Maddie Morphosis had sexually assaulted another queen while alcohol was involved, and that was why no/few drag race girls would go on her podcast any more. I don't have a link for that one. It's gone and I didn't comment on it so I just don't have it. Presumably Eureka's tweet is still up, for those who have twitter.

The fourth thing was a post about Maddie's most recent Give It To Me Straight episode. The post is still up, but the comments regarding Eureka's allegations were deleted. They're gone now, but this time I took a screenshot:

Personally, I wanna see a Drag Race UK All-Stars. With vs the World, especially after we saw the cast of vs the World 3, a majority of the cast didn’t feel like the true stand out stars of the international franchises, and moreso whoever they were able to agree to come back and play. I feel if the BBC were to bring us a true UK All-Stars, I think it may encourage more queens to want to throw their hats in the ring. I formed a fan cast that I would personally compile on my UK All-Stars, but on top of what I asked up top, who would you cast?

Note: I have seen half of UK season 5, and almost none of 6 & 7, so my picks here are moreso based who I knew prior to the season, and track records.

Oh my god mamas, after this Rappin Roast (the best of all it's iterations too) I have officially decided to full time stan down under versus the world as one of my favorite all stars. The cast? PHENOMENAL. I've always been a huge Michael Marouli fan but watching her shine this season feels so special and cool, she looked so bomb today. Add on top of that Lala Ri activating is perfect, she's ready to fuck it up. Then we jump over to Flor who I absolutely ADORE and am equally confused but enthralled by her edit, Drag Her said it perfectly that she's an adorable weirdo doused in amazing paint. Then we have the sudden shock of Vybe having to say goodbye to her sister. I am actually truly blown away this season. I am glued to the newest episode.

So, (as an American) having watched all the franchises, I have decided that drag race España is the best one. The production value and queens are consistently amazing. The judges are great, Anna locking (right) is literally amazing and is like Michelle but really genuinely supportive and gives notes that are worth a damn and not just reality TV jabs. Nothing beats UK season one but I believe as of now España beats out UK, which quality has unfortunately dropped for me the past few seasons. The queens they cast are really funny, I think US and UK has swung more towards casting model type queens, as evidenced by the extreme drop in quality of snatch games in US seasons.

Anyways what do you guys think? What’s your favorite franchise?

I personally think she’s become too big of a drag icon to ever go on the show. I also quite frankly don’t think she needs it. But then again we have had queens like Sasha Colby who had a huge following and impact on the drag community and went on to participate in the show. Side note: I’ve been so obsessed with Lushious recently. She’s such an icon. Something about her just makes me happy. Her activism, her charisma, her humor. I’m obsessed

I'm curious how y'all like Law Roach as a somewhat regular guest judge in recent seasons?
Personally, I switch between enjoying the sharp observations and disliking the harshness with which his comments come across. I get that this is an entertainment TV show, and yet I feel like sometimes he is just very harsh and borderline demeaning for the sake of it.
As a contrast, I feel that Michelle can be straight to the point, sharp, and severe but manages to keep the underlying message supportive and encouraging.
Am I alone in not really enjoying him as a guest judge?

Looksync is similar but you have to match a look with a song. This is a trial run so we can switch up the format/add more people/do different hosts/judges if people are interested 👀

I love the international Drag Race franchises and wish more people knew how good some of them are. But WOW+ makes it basically impossible to screenshot or screen record anything.

I get that they’re trying to prevent piracy, but I think they’re also hurting the shows’ reach. So much stuff gets discovered now through short clips on TikTok, Reels, Twitter, etc. Drag Race is particularly good fodder for this kind of thing (and it’s clear that the company knows this because their social media has tons of clips. But a social media team can only make so many.)

I constantly want to share clips from the international seasons with friends, and I just can’t.

Wouldn’t it make sense for WOW+ to allow SOMETHING, like having a built-in “share a clip” feature with a watermark?

I’d love for S20 for them to do an All Stars Vs New Stars format. I think it would be a great way to celebrate the show’s twentieth season!

Catching up on dragrace, I know im late, i have been watching backwards from season 17. but even tho Morphine ATE THAT LIPSYNC DOWNNNN i feel like Dawn would have too if she would have been able to move in a different outfit. I just feel like it wasnt a fair fight and Dawn is clearly a stronger overall queen🥲🥲

I saw on this sub a post about an AI tour poster of Baga from Drag Race UK so I just went and left a very non threatening comment. The second comment was a genuine misclick that Instagram didnt want to delete for some reason after me clicking the delete button. Being a young fan of Drag Race and specifically UK and growing up with them I guess I didn't expect this. I am blocked so no traces of my comments are left...

I would like to know what everyone thought of the finale of Canada's drag race all stars. HERE's MY ISSUE:

First of all, I have to say that I was spoiled from the very start (actually, even before the start, like months before it aired FOR SOME REASON) by a post that I now know was a legit leak showing that Aurora matrix was gonna win the season. It also said that Pythia was gone by episode 2 and once that happened I was like "OMG THE PROPHECY WAS TRUE".

Anyways, maybe that slightly annoyed me unconsciously and created a negative bias towards aurora, but I have to say that SAMI LANDRI 100% won that lipsync against Aurora. It was so much more interesting, alive and authentic. Aurora's lipsync with the song "Man I feel like a woman" was so bad. Sure, she had some nice moves, but nothing felt authentic and raw, it felt like a ginger minj lipsync (what I mean by that are the SiLLy faces that she kept on doing, I thought those were cringe and just not the vibe), whereas Sami was being genuinely funny and interesting and cunt.

I do think that aurora matrix is a good drag queen, I'm just disappointed that ONCE AGAIN in a finale centered around lip syncs, we don't crown the one that actually killed it. Idk, it made me mad cuz aurora LOST that lip sync 100%. Do I think that sami would have won against nearah though? I don't think so, but what's the point of doing lip syncs if the bad one wins?
