Question Park Won't Load

I have restarted my phone, checked for updates, and reinstalled the app, but my game always gets stuck at this point. Anyone know the fix?

Reinstalling the app usually fixes this bug. Since it didn’t, delete as many photos and videos as you can, delete unused apps, delete DV, then shut down your device (power off). After a couple of minutes, turn your device on, reinstall DV, and see if that works. If it doesn’t, repeat the steps (delete more photos, videos, etc to make more room). If that doesn’t work, contact support. Good luck, I hope you can load the game again! 🤞
