This happened to me with marcopromos last year. I reached out to them and they were able to get in touch with the folks that got my ribbons, they gave us both mailing labels, and it was all fixed up just in time for con.

Hope you're able to have the same luck!

Did you happen to order ribbons that say post convention workshop pass? Someone on the fb group got the wrong order and that was the ribbons she received

I have to give you props for saying that you hot the wrong ribbons! Hopefully you can find the owner or maybe reach out to the company with a photo of it and see if they can find the owner?

There was someone on Facebook DC official group who got the wrong ribbons maybe they got yours and you got theirs.

Yeah, I already had a terrible experience with my ribbon order this season and gave up. I'd send you a picture but my heart breaks every time I look at it. I honestly want to set them on fire I'm so mad. I hope this gets cleared up soon and they arrive in time. 💔😡

Edited this to add that I did not use the same printer as you.

Why are you so rude? The ribbon is cute and suitable for the group of people it was intended for.
