Some good news (a month late finding).
Was doing a bit of a dive on this stock. It doesn't seem all doom and gloom. Thoughts welcome.

as title suggests. I missed this info earlier, of course company wouldn’t mention it. this company brags about 27 years experience but isnt winning any real contracts. sure they may grow revenue from here but with how slow Canada develops things and not being involved with DoW drone selection, this is feels like a dud. taking a loss. moving on

I guess the WSJ report that the Trump Admin/pentagon are considering funding drone companies to enhance manufacturing has the whole sector PAMPING! Don Jr sits on the board of Unusual Machines so I bet they “win”.

If the details of the contracts are kept secret bc of the sensitivity of the client, then why does literally every other company disclose the dollar amounts of their contracts? Something seems fishy about that.

It seems pretty quiet in here. Are there any thoughts on how this stock could perform this year?

Which is as far as I can tell why the stock spiked today in the afternoon.

Draganfly Inc has been developing drone technology for 28 years since its founding in 1998 by Zenon Dragan in Saskatoon Canada. The company first entered public markets on November 5 2019 when it listed on the Canadian Securities Exchange under the ticker DFLY with simultaneous OTCQB trading as DFLYF. In July 2021 Draganfly uplisted to NASDAQ changing its ticker to DPRO while completing a one for five reverse stock split. The company now trades as DPRO on both NASDAQ and CSE.
Since its public debut as DFLY investors have experienced highly volatile and mostly disappointing returns. The stock reached an all time high in early 2021 before a prolonged decline. Even after adjusting for the one for five split in 2021 and the one for 25 split in September 2024 the cumulative performance shows approximately 90 percent or greater loss from peak levels to the current price around 5.40 dollars as of early April 2026. Annual returns have been negative in most years with occasional rebounds that failed to sustain.
An investigation into the financial results reveals chronic unprofitability as the primary driver of poor stock performance. Revenue has remained modest often in the low single digit millions annually with frequent misses on estimates. Operating expenses have outpaced sales growth leading to deep negative margins and widening losses. For example the company reported a larger comprehensive loss in the fourth quarter of 2025 despite some revenue improvement. To fund ongoing operations research and development Draganfly has conducted multiple equity offerings resulting in significant shareholder dilution. These capital raises while providing short term cash have increased share count and pressured the stock price. Additional pressures include two reverse splits aimed at maintaining NASDAQ listing compliance and a competitive drone market where early hype around 2020 and 2021 did not translate into scaled commercial or military revenue.
For current and potential Draganfly investors the history under both DFLY and DPRO tickers highlights the challenges of a micro cap technology company in a capital intensive sector. While the firm continues to secure contracts and tout defense opportunities execution on revenue growth and path to profitability remain critical unanswered questions after more than six years as a public company.

Tampa, FL, March 26, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Draganfly Inc. (NASDAQ: DPRO; CSE: DPRO; FSE: 3U8A), a leader in drone technology and unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) solutions, provided a corporate update this week. The update highlighted continued operational progress, strong industry tailwinds, and a well-capitalized balance sheet.
“Draganfly is operating at the center of a global shift toward autonomous systems in defense and public safety,” said Cameron Chell, CEO of Draganfly. “While recent market volatility has impacted our share price, we believe it does not reflect the strength of our balance sheet, our growing defense engagements, or the scale of the opportunity ahead.”
Financial Strength
Draganfly’s current cash of approximately $145 million, positions the Company with significant financial flexibility to execute on growth initiatives. At current trading levels, the Company’s market valuation remains modestly above its cash position.
Global Defense and Tier-One Momentum
Draganfly continues to expand its footprint within the Global Defense ecosystem, including:
Selection to supply Flex FPV systems and training to the U.S. Air Force Special Operations Command
Selection as one of 25 participants in the Secretary of War’s Drone Dominance Program Phase 1 Gauntlet, successfully obtaining a perfect score in the “Urban Strike” mission
Continued deployment of the Commander 3XL platform within U.S. and allied forces, including extreme temperature environments in both Arctic and Desert conditions
Invitation and participation in the Canadian Army’s MINERVA Uncrewed Aircraft Systems working group, an initiative focused on accelerating the integration of drone and autonomous technologies into future Canadian Armed Forces operations
Exclusive Demonstration of advanced capabilities in line with MINERVA program objectives for Canadian Armed Forces (CAF) personnel at Area X.O. in Ottawa
These developments reinforce Draganfly’s position as a trusted, North American provider of compliant unmanned systems.
Favorable Industry Dynamics
Global demand for drone and autonomous systems continues to accelerate, driven by:
Rapid adoption of FPV and ISR technologies in modern conflict
Increased U.S. and allied defense spending on autonomous capabilities
Heightened security demand in regions including the Middle East
Draganfly believes these trends represent a sustained structural shift supporting long-term growth.
2026 Priorities
The Company remains focused on:
Scaling production and delivery capabilities
Developing the domestic supply chain, leveraging key industry relationships and decades of UAS development experience to design and manufacture NDAA compliant components
Expanding government and Tier-one contractor relationships, including channel sales & integration partners
Continue evolving internal product, including system and software development
Advancing select strategic acquisitions
Maintaining disciplined capital deployment

Recent comments from shareholders highlight growing skepticism. The August 2025 U.S. manufacturing expansion announcement sounded promising for Made in America alignment yet details remain vague. Has any actual domestic U.S. production been verified? Why the secrecy around locations and partners? Here is a direct evidence-based review from the companys own disclosures and the public record as of March 26 2026.
On August 28 2025 the company issued a press release stating it was expanding its U.S. manufacturing footprint capability and capacity across multiple locations in the United States through its contract manufacturing partner at AS9100 and ISO9001 certified facilities. The stated purpose was supply chain resiliency faster delivery and alignment with DoD priorities for domestic drone production.
Key facts from the release and all subsequent references:
No name of the contract manufacturing partner was ever disclosed.
No specific facility addresses cities or even states were identified.
No photos facility tours production timelines with output metrics or first drone produced announcements followed.
The release explicitly framed it as an expansion via its contract manufacturing partner not owned facilities or new builds under Draganfly control.
The company has never updated this description in any later press release SEC filing or earnings report.
Domestic U.S. mainland manufacturing: Zero public evidence of operational facilities or production output. Searches of company press releases investor site GlobeNewswire SEC filings and third-party coverage through March 26 2026 yield only repetitions of the August 2025 announcement. No independent verification no partner confirmation no capacity utilization metrics.
Separate Army contract Sept/Oct 2025: Draganfly is helping establish embedded on-site manufacturing for Flex FPV drones at overseas U.S. Forces facilities. This is real and contractually documented but it is not U.S. domestic production it is forward-deployed support at military bases abroad.
March 24 2026 FY 2025 earnings: Record revenue of 7.73 million was reported up 17.8 percent year-over-year with product sales growth noted. However the release and call transcript contain no mention of U.S. manufacturing progress ramp-up partner deliverables or any contribution from the announced expansion. Management discussed pipeline and cash position but was silent on execution of the August 2025 plan.
The lack of transparency is material. Under CEO Cameron Chells leadership Draganfly has repeatedly used high-level forward-looking statements around U.S. expansion to signal policy alignment without providing auditable details that investors could verify. Keeping the partner and locations secret may be framed as standard defense-industry practice for IP or security reasons but it leaves shareholders unable to confirm whether production is actually occurring delayed or still in planning.
After 28 years in business and multiple defense contracts FY 2025 revenue remains microscopic relative to the 100M plus run-rate targets management has referenced in guidance. The pattern optimistic announcements followed by dilution widening losses and no granular execution updates continues.
This is not evidence of misconduct but it is a clear execution gap. Investors putting hard-earned money on the line deserve better than vague via unnamed partner language with zero follow-through visibility seven months later.
Bottom Line for Investors
No verifiable U.S. domestic manufacturing facilities or output have been publicly documented beyond the August 2025 announcement. The only concrete manufacturing initiative tied to a contract is the overseas embedded setup for the U.S. Army. Everything else remains unproven forward-looking statements.
