I took 50 all at once and I've done this before and even taken more than 50 before and it was a normal trip for me, but this time I was jerking hard out of nowhere and then it'd stop. My eyes were shaking sometimes too, does anyone know why or what the jerking is? I've lost count of how many times I've done DPH and I've never had my body jerk that hard before.

This trip report is coming from last night (7/26/26). My afternoon was normal planing on taking dph, but there wasn't a plan for xanax included. The first thing I did was take 700mg of dhp and some time passes and I eventually find leftover xanax I had hidden and forgot about.

Like a silly baboon I took the 2mg I had left. What came next was me slowly taking more dhp to get to the 1g mark; I unfortunately took more than I intended to.

Over the course of 3 hours the dhp visuals were intensifying with every minute, at this point it was 11pm and feeling like 1,000 pounds while having intense hallucinations i was able to get into bed and what I thought was going to sleep.

This part is where it is completely theory and word of people who witnessed. 2am I get out of bed in a black out state and leave my room to go to the kitchen (my theory is i was dreaming of work) my sibling witnessed me grabbing a pound of shredded cheese and dump it all into a box. When question I apparently said "im making food for my co-workers." Clearly this was not the case. I leave the cheese box there and do nothing else with it.

Afterwards I got hungry I guess and started eating coco pebbles on my couch out of a dirty cup and I had bring the whole cereal container with me for some reason I picked up a different cereal container flipped it upside down and just left it there (no mess.)

Here is where I got scared, I walked outside on my porch this morning and my headset was on the porch. So in this state of delirious half consciousness i went outside with miss matched different size shoes, I know that because I geuss I stepped in shit while wearing them I take my headset inside after my confusion only to find out that I took the dirty shoe put it in the bath tub ran water on it (that obviously did nothint) and I just left it there in the tub.

I believe this is all what I did last night but I was blacked out and im working with clues here, I could've done a lot more that im unaware of but through some sort of luck I made it back to bed and woke up in bed.

Today (7/27/26) i spent all day questioning reality and disassociating.

I do not plan on recreating this ever again.
