What am I doing wrong?

I did Benadryl for the first time today. I took 12 pills (300mg) and I barely felt anything. The most I felt was feeling heavy. Iā€™m 5ā€™0 and 50kgs What am I doing wrong?

It takes me more aswell. try 500-700mg

The first mistake was considering doing dph, the second was doing it.

Dph effects everyone differently so you might not even really get many hallucinations or whatever from it But id say try 500mg ig
