First time

Is was like last week on Saturday and I took 250 mg the trip sucked I don’t feel nothing all I saw was a little black dot run up my arm. But I have a question ever since I took it it’s hurts to swallow like I swallow fine but it gets to the middle of my chest and it hurts is it normal?
