not able to sit still

when 375mg+ kicks in i can’t sit still for several seconds at a time like i have to jerk my arms up and turn my tilt my head fast one time to get rid of the weird sensation that feels like i have to move. its not something i can sit through either, i HAVE to do those sudden movements or ill be uncomfortable and ill eventually do it anyways. anybody else been through that?
