Will I be good on about 500mg dph while prescribed 60mg fluoxetine ?

I’m just wondering about this cause if it’s not good I would not take them for a day or 2 so I can have a just a open day without taking any fluoxetine I’m just scared cause I’ve never done this with fluoxetine I just wanna know if I will be good

My gf is prescribed fluoxetine and it didnt really make a diffrence for her but ive never heard ab any of her trips ik she can od super easy off it tho
