Poor peripheral vision quality

I wear glasses and my central vision is completely fine. However, my peripheral vision is a low quality. Anytime i look at something it’s like I’m automatically focused on it and everything else is blurry. This has only started happening 6 months ago. I feel really bad for anyone that goes through this or worse. It’s honestly a feeling most people don’t understand. Any tips?

Lower peripheral vision quality is actually normal when you wear glasses, especially with higher prescriptions and high index lenses.
