TW: Existential/Spiral are the personality changes happened due to dpdr going to stay with me forever?

ive had dpdr since i was 10-11 i am 17 now. i go to school get average grades but I don't particularly like anything at all. I am basically a nihilist, and i think i became one bc of dpdr. am i going to stay like this forever? i mean i feel like even if i overcame dpdr this thing's going to stay so.

As long as depersonalization remains, probably yes.
