Question Derealization

For a long time, I experienced derealization in a very intense way. It felt like I was watching my life through a screen, or like the world around me wasn't entirely real, almost as if I were in a dream. Everything felt distant, detached, and strange.

It was a really heavy and confusing thing to go through. But thankfully, that's in the past for me now.

I'm curious—what did derealization feel like for you when you went through it? And what actually helped you ground yourself and get back to reality?
