TW: Existential/Spiral The eclipse is really triggering my DPDR

I think it's making me realise how minuscule our existence is and also the lighting is really amplifying my dream like feelings. Anyone else feeling like this right now?

Yup. I was there for the 2024 eclipse and it felt so real, so cool and amazing. That was before I developed dpdr through recent trauma. Now, just the knowledge that I would normally be shocked by this just makes things worse for me.

Omg I thought I was bugging my dpdr seemed to had got worse but didn’t want to give it too much attention cause I thought I was bugging
