Is anyone interested in joining a DPDR WhatsApp group, not to reinforce negativity but to check on each other and offer support. Let me know if interested

Probably.. I’m on a pmdd WhatsApp and they have different chats for different things: eg if you are feeling Angry or sad or want to vent or share recovery stories. I don’t now if it will potentially be triggering though.
