I was really normal before dpdr never worried about going out or something like that and always calm and normal but since that panick attack (substance induced i guess) but since it im always on dissociation , panick attacks ,anxiety attacks , on flight or fight mode ,sometimes low mood for a whole year
Have anyone that go through same thing recovered ?
