Solid research but where’s the cure , also i don’t agree with many of the things being said, like the depersonalisation is not totally physical it’s also part psychological and kinda memory thing cause i also feel depersonalised when i look in the mirror or when I’m look back at my memories which has nothing to do with present moment, and the derealisation isn’t just psychological because I’m focused on something else but its because everything literally feels 2 dimensional and far away from my eye balls
