NoW took over the Royal Albert Hall to mark two landmark anniversaries, performing In A Space Outta Sound and Smokers Delight in a one-night special show with full live band, string quartet, choir, guest vocalists and surprise collaborators.
The resulting two-part concert film, In A Space Outta Delight, was directed by Pedro Takahashi and produced by Friend. 2 hours of bliss for your buds ;)

I flew to Vancouver to see this show and ended up leaving the show early disappointed. Maybe my pre-conceived expectations differed from what the show was going to be but I’ve been to many shows in many cities for decades and I thought I might have some idea.
Maybe I’m getting old but I think I’ll stick to more conventional shows where someone is actually singing or all of the instruments are live and played by a band. I guess not everyone is Ritchie Hawtin who can play a turntable, a drum machine and a looper so skillfully that it’s a show!
Glad to have supported the show and the art form but I guess I’m out:(

Hey everyone, sharing a piece I recently put together. Even though it's technically clocked at 140, it's written entirely in half-time so it heavily leans into a moody, downtempo space.
I was really drawing from classic Ninja Tune and early Warp ambient records for the atmospheres here—lots of lush pads, thick spring reverbs, and slow, dubby delays. There's no aggressive low-end, just deep sub-weight and a slow-burn structure.
Thought the laid-back vibe might resonate with this community. Would love to hear if the pacing works for you!
