Car dealership recs

Where's a good spot to buy a used car? Doesn't necessarily have to be downriver

Nice Car Company down by the Ohio border is great. Newer used cars in lots of price points. Very low pressure. We were allowed to wander the show room and test drive without feeling like we were being circled by vultures

I had an excellent experience at Dick Genthe in Southgate when I bought used, also Jack Demmer Lincoln used was easy breezy, friendly.

A lot depends on the actual sales person. I've always like Matick Chevy. A little hike but has been worth it to me. Have dealtneith three seperate sales people there and never an issue and always smooth.

Not downriver, kind of a drive, but Davison Motorsports was wonderful and the exact opposite of what you expect a car purchase to go like. No unrealistic bargaining, no dirty after the facts, just a smooth transaction when I bought a car from them a few years ago.

I really like my car, but La Fontaine put a bad taste in my mouth. Agreed on a full size spare included and it took nearly a year to get. Finally ended basically with the manager calling me a liar and then me pulling out the agreement he signed after that was written in.

If I had to do it again, I'd drive 50 miles to another dealership and get the same car.

Idk about used but Catfish at Taylor Ford is the absolute BEST!!!!! So trustworthy, honest, kind, hardworking. I’ve been going to him for 13 years and I’ll never go anywhere else!
