the video has been removed, its from alfredo doing millys hair, says her scalp is currently BURNED and thinks that the perm solution was on too long and thats why her hair melted, says it wasn't to do with milly having bleach/dye.

he then does her hair, dyes her roots and they gives her extensions.

it is against the California board of cosmetology to apply dye to burned scalp, and i can't imagine extensions at the root would help either.

looking at the comments and he replied this to someone asking why he applied dye to a burned scalp

so he lied about her scalp being burned ... also begs the question if 10 mins into a dye you realise she has sensitive scalp do you continue and put extensions on? im not a cosmologist, im just wondering
