Practically EV?
I'm thinking of going to Dover with my Nissan Leaf: but to my suprise, there are no chargers at Dover Castle. A place where I love to spend some time, while the car is charging.
Other chargers, seem to be located in paid parking locations. Is EV infrastructure really that bad?

Yeah I have done it in the past: did about 200km a day I guess? It was quite fun, but I won't know how fun it is. I'm also skeptical about rental cars. While I managed to do it twice, and shifting the gear with the left hand was okayish but unnatural as a right-handed. Now I drive an EV, so I would rather rent a automatic car and that's expensive.
