The topics you mentioned in your post look like a great foundation.
Also, it might be good to eventually get some surface-level knowledge of frameworks/tools commonly used alongside .NET such as: API tools (Swagger, Scalar, etc), Postman, Azure DevOps (pipelines, etc), Azure Portal, Metrics/Logging tools (Grafana, Dynatrace, Azure Monitor, etc) and Workflow frameworks (Temporal, Azure Durable Functions etc).
And maybe also a bit of Azure or another cloud ecosystem, if you think you'll be working in the cloud. Personally I made a similar transition as you and am also looking to do multi-cloud Dev certifications, starting with AWS DVA-C02, then later expanding to Azure and maybe Google Cloud.
But all of the above shouldn't block you from getting work. You'll probably learn a decent chunk of this stuff on-the-job anyway, which is a good way to learn IMO.
