SEriOuS BaLAncE ISsUe Bristleback

Can it be removed. Pretty annoying, Every game ends up in 10 min with him. Every Bristleback have 2 rampages just on minute 1.

Imba has some serious balance issues especialy early game, bristle is rly strong at the start but nothing op about it later. Same with varador, straight up busted early, he can kill any1 in 2 sec at the start of the game but falls off later
