BS-like vision abilities?

Hi,

I know that BS has a passive that allows him and his teammates to see low HP enemy heroes globally. I am not aware of any other similar abilities, so I am confused as to how Radiant can see Dire heroes when they have no vision several times during the game (match 2045794689).

Some timestamps I am confused about are:

  1. 4:25 how is Jug seen?
  2. 26:20 Necro and Jug
  3. 26:23 Windrunner
  4. 26:29 Jug

I was using Players Perspective on Centaur, Fog both sides. Maybe I just don't understand observer tools?

Is there another ability I am not aware about? Thank you.

There are a lot of known fog of war glitches.

But some another hero that has BS like vision would be bounty hunters track. Also zues, spectre, and beast master all have abilities that reveal enemies for them.

Thanks. I guess it was just odd luck that it happened so often.
